The house has been rearranged and some furniture has been cleared to create a good shooting environment. Experience the charm of a cozy home while it is organized. This is a quaint single-family/multi-family house located on a sunny street behind Yeomchang Station on Seoul Line 9, where the sun shines well from 10 AM to 3 PM ☀️. We remodeled the house and moved in last June, enjoying the charm of the home. Opening the blue door, reminiscent of the one from the movie Notting Hill, reveals a truly beautiful view of our home. The homeowner loves painting and decorating the house, changing the fabrics with the seasons, and the green plants and cute furniture create a cozy atmosphere. Shooting is possible in the rooftop garden and hallway, where you can capture beautiful stories against a backdrop of red bricks. We occupy the second floor of a multi-family house, and shooting is possible in the entire second floor (about 25 pyeong) and on the newly painted clean rooftop above. The house is characterized by the homeowner's love for vintage style, resulting in a cozy home with beautifully toned-down colors. You will love this place where fabrics, various colors, and attractive furniture meet. The living room is an attractive space for shooting, set up like a study with books. Since this is a house, it does not have a uniform structure like an apartment. It is a unique home. Additionally, there are south-facing windows, providing good natural light during the day. You will enjoy shooting in the beauty of the house. Come to the unique house on the street behind Yeomchang Station, where we live uniquely and creatively, for your shoot. - Parking is available at a public parking lot within 500m of the house, and if you need to park in front of the house, you can move our car and park in our designated spot (within 300m of the house). - During the day, the tenants on the lower floor are mostly out, so you can shoot in a free atmosphere. - Free shooting is allowed within the building itself, including the hallway and front door. - If you let us know the color feel you want for the house during the shoot, we will change the fabrics and paintings accordingly. - Rooftop shooting is also possible. There is a simple large table and some trees on the rooftop. You can shoot up there when the weather is nice. - We recommend photo shoots and costume shoots in this cozy home. - Beautiful household items and dishes can be provided upon request during the shoot.
