STUDIO FIKTO offers a unique space characterized by a "WAREHOUSE style" with a rough texture and a wide openness, differentiating it from traditional studios. Designed to evoke a warm sensibility even within an industrial mood, this space is optimized for completing various visual concepts, from brand shoots to lifestyle content.
It is conveniently located within a 20-40 minute drive from downtown Seoul and features a spacious front yard that allows free parking for up to 10 cars.
With a ceiling height of up to 5.5m and views of nature, the space is filled with abundant light throughout the four seasons, with clean morning light streaming through the east-facing windows and warm, emotional light during sunset through the large south-facing main windows.

You can conduct diverse shoots with a modern and rustic concept, featuring luxurious details in the interior and props. The 7.5m long point wall allows for wide videos and spacious photographs, while the 6.5m x 6m medium to large horizon is designed in an open studio format, enabling unrestricted and open shooting.

(If there are changes in the movement or availability of props, please inquire separately if you have any essential props.)
◆ Important Notes
1. Please remove your shoes before entering the indoor area.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
3. When moving props, please do not drag them; carry them instead. (For large furniture, please call the manager, and it can be moved using equipment.)
4. If the toilet is clogged the next day due to excessive toilet paper or foreign objects (sanitary pads, trash) being put into the toilet, a plumbing repair fee (150,000 KRW) will be charged 100%.
5. Please refrain from excessive noise and from smoking anywhere and discarding cigarette butts, as there are many neighboring residents.
6. If there is damage to the facilities or theft of items due to negligence during the use of the space, repair costs and related fees will be charged.
[Time Management]
- Please strictly adhere to the contracted time.
- The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time].
- Time for preparation, setup, equipment withdrawal, and restoring the location to its original state is included in the contracted time.
- If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment.
[Damage Prevention]
Please be careful of damage, scratches, or stains on the floor and walls caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment.
- In case of damage: on-site confirmation > photo taking > estimate confirmation, and then compensation request will proceed.
[Staff Count]
If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment.
[No Eating]
Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first seek the host's understanding.
[Etiquette]
- Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents.
- All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up.
- Parking is provided only for the number of vehicles indicated.
- If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original state before the closing time.
