[Punctuality] - Please ensure to adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Prevention] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and walls caused by tripods, lighting, and other equipment. - In case of damage: we will check on-site together > take photos > confirm the estimate, and proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please be sure to ask for the host's understanding first. [Etiquette] - Please maintain basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - If you change the arrangement or structure of existing furniture as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
