View Restaurant Apartment with a Beautiful Yard and Fireplace on the 1st Floor.

This is a 52 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) apartment with a garden. It is located near Suji IC, which has good accessibility to Gangnam, and being on the first floor allows for easy movement of equipment and installation of lighting devices. The neat fence and awning, with most of the garden covered in gravel, and the table area finished with smooth pebbles. There is water and an outlet outside, and when looking out from indoors, you can see many large and small trees. You can view the garden through the large windows in the house, including the master bathroom. There is a children's room that gives an original and free feeling with plywood-finished walls and a flat surface, a children's bedroom with a bunk bed, a large frame, and a wide plywood desk, and a hobby room with a piano and various paintings. The master room has a spacious balcony finished with pebbles, a masonry bathtub, and a uniquely structured bathroom with a window. The tidy kitchen, a dining zone with a reclaimed wood table that seats 10 and designer lighting, a laundry room with a large window overlooking the garden, a living room that accommodates a usable ethanol heater and a big-sized leather sofa while still having ample space, and a fun concept bathroom make this house full of enjoyable elements, which I believe will show a chameleon-like appearance depending on the ideas of the production team. The overall design is simply composed with designer furniture and artworks. I hope to meet wonderful guests! :) *Due to the vertical photos, please click to refer to the images.
