(Please inquire for details) ▫️ This is Leperie, a natural light studio located 5 minutes from Gunja Station in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. ▫️ Room A is approximately 18 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) with a ceiling height of 3.2m. It features abundant natural light throughout the day through a south-facing window, and the studio has a white-toned mood with herringbone wood decking and light gray epoxy flooring, allowing for various setups. You can use it for YouTube shoots | Lookbooks | Shopping malls | Reels | Live commerce | Interview room | Party room | Product shoots | Personal shoots | Concept room | Web dramas | Video shoots | Branding * The sofa fabric will be provided upon request. ▫️ There is a fitting room available. ▫️ Pets are allowed. ▫️ There is an elevator inside. ▫️ We recommend using the studio from 1 PM to 6 PM for optimal lighting. ▫️ Parking is available for 1 vehicle (additional parking is first-come, first-served or you can use a public parking lot). ▫️ You can purchase a subscription at a discounted rate of 10-20%. [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Capacity] Room A can accommodate up to 6 people (5,500 KRW per person for more than 4 people) Room S can accommodate up to 4 people. [Damage Prevention] Please be careful of damage to the floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, dolly, rails, metal boxes, and other equipment! - In case of damage: on-site inspection > photo documentation > estimate confirmation, and then compensation request will be processed. [Food and Drink] Only simple snacks and beverages are allowed in the space. Please make sure to tidy up before leaving! Please ventilate the space as well :) [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - If there are overlapping reservations for adjacent rooms, please be considerate of noise (if noise is a concern, simultaneous rental is recommended). - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is available for 1 vehicle. If both Room A and Room S are booked at the same time, priority for parking will be given to the customer who made the reservation first. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time. - **Please wear the slippers provided at the entrance when entering the studio.
