[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Prevention] Please be careful of damage to the floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, dollies, rails, metal boxes, and other equipment! - In case of damage: on-site inspection > photo documentation > estimate confirmation, followed by a compensation request. [Staff Members] If the maximum number of staff members set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. - The standard number of people is 3, and an additional cost of 5,500 won per hour will be incurred for each additional person. [Food and Drink Policy] Please only bring food and drinks that have little odor. Please ensure to clean up and ventilate the space! [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is available for 1 vehicle. If both A and S rooms are booked at the same time, priority parking guidance will be given to the customer who made the reservation first. (Otherwise, please use public parking.) - Please be considerate of noise from adjacent rooms.
