[Sadang/45평] Gallery-like White House (Plants, Paintings)

This is a real home that resembles a gallery filled with paintings and trees. :-) *I have set up a large 2.1-meter Christmas tree in the living room until the end of the year 🎄🌲 I majored in fine arts and decorated the space with paintings I created myself. 😊 It is a 45 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) fully expanded house with a total of four rooms (master bedroom, two children's rooms, and a studio) and two bathrooms. - Each space has large windows and a system air conditioner, making it cool. The basic base is white, giving an overall bright feeling. The TV is a stand TV but cannot be moved. The lights have been replaced with smart bulbs, allowing for color and brightness adjustments. You can change the arrangement of furniture (excluding the TV) and pots under the condition that the furniture is not damaged as much as possible. - However, please do not climb on the dining table, sit on the table, or place heavy items on it. 🥲 (Please note that if there is damage to furniture, props, wallpaper, ceiling, or floor, you will be charged 100%.) I have a keen interest in interior design, so there are various props and lights, and most of the furniture and lighting are original products purchased directly. I love Dieter Rams, Bauhaus, and Apple design, so there are many Vitra pieces. 🧡 I love plants, so there are many large potted trees. I enjoy shooting with trees as the background, so please inquire if you wish to use them. 🌲🌳🌴 There is a home art studio, so you can also shoot scenes of painting. You can move the paintings and props for shooting as long as they are not damaged. 😊 The house faces south, so it gets plenty of sunlight from morning to afternoon, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood with almost no surrounding noise. (Since it faces south, it gets a lot of sunlight in winter, and in summer, the sunlight does not last long.) It is an apartment located near Sadang Station with good accessibility. - Since it is a home, there may be times when the host stays in areas where filming is not taking place, but I will vacate the space if necessary for video shoots. - Pre-visits are possible but limited to 10 minutes, and if you want to discuss the storyboard or plan, it can be done after payment (I will create a separate payment link for you). - You can use a vacuum cleaner (Balmuda), washing machine (Samsung), dryer (Samsung), dishwasher (LG), refrigerator (LG), styler (LG), TV (LG), air purifier (Bespoke, Balmuda, etc.), oven (Balmuda), toaster (Balmuda, Electrolux), etc.
