Please be sure to read the following information and notes carefully♡ and agree to the usage rules to avoid any booking errors. ※ Pre-visits are possible, and please keep it under 20 minutes! - - - The rental is based on the first floor (1-3). There are no separate spaces for shooting/waiting/makeup other than the space shown in the photos. Most of the areas other than the main shooting space have been decorated as waiting rooms, and if needed, the second-floor living room can be used for an additional fee! * For "large shoots" with more than 15 people or accompanied by a generator truck/large truck, the 'price will vary', so please inquire 1:1 after booking. (Negotiable items: waste disposal, disinfection, etc. Prices vary) 1) First-floor kitchen and living room / Natural interior (approximately 20 pyeong) This space is decorated in beige-toned flooring and white tones. The west window is a full-length window that provides a refreshing view, and moving and arranging furniture is allowed. 2) First-floor study and bedroom / Antique interior (approximately 15 pyeong) This space is charmingly decorated with antique wallpaper. Sunlight comes in all afternoon through the small square full-length window on the wall. 3) Yard (approximately 30 pyeong) The yard space, neatly finished with red bricks, does not look like a typical residential area. More diverse setups are possible. *4) Second-floor living room / (Host's residence) If you wish to rent the second floor (last photo), an additional fee will be charged (there are restrictions as it is the host's main living space). *** Large-scale shoots are possible as there are no houses nearby, eliminating concerns about complaints. *** The house faces west, so it has good afternoon sunlight. *** Separate restrooms for men and women (1st floor) ※ Notes - Indoor shoes must be worn when entering the indoor area. - Indoor/outdoor [no smoking area]. <Immediate eviction without exception for smoking.> - In case of damage or destruction of furniture, interior, etc., compensation/cleaning fees may be charged. - The guest restroom (photo) only has a sink. Bathroom shooting is not allowed. - The first floor (spaces 1-2) uses ceiling-type heating/cooling systems and does not have floor heating. [Parking available] Up to 6 vehicles can park in the yard, and if that is insufficient, there is plenty of parking available on the roadside. (There have been more than 15 vehicles including 2 generator trucks and 1 large truck, and there were no issues with roadside parking.)
