[Kitchen Facilities] - Water usage and actual cooking facilities are available with no additional costs. - Props and various dishes prepared in the studio can also be used freely without any extra charges. - Eating and drinking inside the space is allowed. [Time Management] - Please adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Simultaneous Recording] - All studios are independently located on different floors, so there are no issues with simultaneous recording. However, for particularly sound-sensitive shoots like ASMR, it is advisable to check the reservation status of other studios. [Equipment Rental] - Shooting Light (FOMEX BL2250) (+10,000 KRW / up to 6 units) - Shooting Light (FOMEX BL2280) (+15,000 KRW / up to 2 units) - 42-inch Monitor + Mobile Stand (including HDMI cable) (+15,000 KRW / up to 2 units) - 32-inch Monitor (including HDMI cable) (+5,000 KRW) - Wireless Microphone + Amplifier for Events (+15,000 KRW) - Beam Projector + Laptop (+15,000 KRW) - Shooting Burner (JAJU) (+5,000 KRW / up to 4 units) - Whiteboard (+5,000 KRW) - 4-Person Wooden Table Set (+30,000 KRW) - Regular Burner, Lead Wire, Multi-Tap (Free) [Photo/Video Shooting] - The fee is the same for both photo and video shoots. [Parking Facilities] - Parking is guaranteed for 1 vehicle per studio, and for 2 vehicles or more, please inquire separately. Depending on the reservation status of other studios, additional parking may be available. - If full, you can use the Unnam Cultural Center Public Parking Lot (Address: 55 Dongsan-ro, Seocho-gu) which is a 4-5 minute walk away, or the paid parking lot at Deoksan Building (Address: 19 Nonhyeon-ro 17-gil) which is 50 meters away. [Damage Prevention] - Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - All items in the studio can be used/moved freely, but please restore them to their original state before leaving. - If items are damaged or broken, repair/replacement costs will be charged. [Other Information] - Please separate and dispose of trash properly, and food waste must be disposed of in designated bags purchased at the convenience store in front of the building. - If dishes are not washed (40,000 KRW), or if the washing, separation, or restoration is insufficient (80,000 KRW), the cleaning fees in parentheses will be charged separately.
