[Damage Prevention] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, dollies, rails, metal boxes, and other equipment. (If you are shooting inside a residential home, the installation of dollies and rails is prohibited.) - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and tennis balls to place under the equipment to protect the space. - In case of damage: Confirm together on-site > take photos > proceed with compensation request after checking the estimate. [Number of People] Please accurately set the number of users. If the number exceeds the set limit, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food and Drink] Please clean up after yourself! Cups and dishes are available for use. (Compensation will be required in case of damage) [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - There is no parking available. Please use the nearby public parking lot. - If you change the arrangement or structure of existing furniture as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
