[Punctuality] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoring the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Notice] As the studio is also a residential space, staff may be present in the staff room, but this will not affect the shoot at all. The staff will vacate the area upon request. [Damage Prevention] *Due to the presence of many real vintage items, moving these items is strictly prohibited. (glassware, dishes, tables, etc.) *Please be careful of the wooden floor and damage caused by tripods, lights, dollies, rails, and other equipment. *Please place mats or similar items under equipment to protect the wooden floor space. *In case of damage: check together on-site at checkout > take photos > after confirming the estimate, compensation will be requested according to the value of the damaged items. [Total Number of People] If the total number of people set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Prohibition of Food] Simple beverages are allowed in the space, but food is prohibited. In unavoidable circumstances such as long shoots, please be sure to ask for the host's understanding in advance. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Any trash generated during the shoot must be sorted into general waste/recyclables! - Parking will be guided if there are available spots in the parking lot; otherwise, please park against the studio entrance wall. - If you change the existing furniture setup or structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time. - The setup changes periodically, so if there are specific props or setups you want in the photos, please let us know in advance.
