[Punctuality] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Prevention] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, dollies, rails, metal boxes, and other equipment. (If you are shooting inside a residential home, the installation of dollies and rails is prohibited.) - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and tennis balls to place under the equipment to protect the space. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > after checking the estimate, compensation requests will be processed. [Total Number of People] If the set total number of people is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please be sure to obtain prior consent from the host. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not possible. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up by you. - Parking is provided only for the number of vehicles indicated. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
