* For large equipment and shoots involving many people, such as furniture or broadcast/CF filming, please inquire separately :) < Booking Information > - Reservations can be made for a minimum of 2 hours. - An additional charge of 5,000 won per person will apply for any extra guests. - The reserved time includes entry, cleaning, and exit. - Additional charges will apply if you exceed the exit time by more than 10 minutes. Please let us know if you need an extension :) < Parking Information > You can park one vehicle by default. Please let us know if you need an extension :) < Usage Information > - The reserved time includes entry, exit, and cleaning. - Available for 24 hours and operated flexibly in an unattended manner. - Please change into the indoor shoes provided in the changing room after entry. - Internal CCTV is installed for parking, entry/exit, and guest count verification. (Excluding the changing room) - The interior studio, restrooms, and terrace are strictly non-smoking areas. - Props and small furniture (chairs, stools) can be moved. Large items such as tables, cabinets, and sofas cannot be moved. Please return furniture and props to their original positions as much as possible within the reservation time. - Furniture and props are subject to change at any time; please inquire about any necessary items. - Two hangers, a steam iron, clothes hangers, and two full-length mirrors are provided. Please use hangers only in the changing room. Thank you for your understanding regarding floor conditions. - Only drinks, simple bread, cookies, and gimbap can be brought into the studio. (There are no facilities for disposing of food waste. Please make sure to collect leftover food! -> Definitely not in the toilet) - The sink is for filming purposes only and does not provide running water. - In case of damage to furniture or props, the cost of the items will be charged. - Changes can be made up to 7 days in advance. Cancellations/refunds due to weather or personal circumstances after the mentioned period are not possible.
