[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Prevention] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, dollies, rails, metal boxes, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment to protect the space. - In case of damage: We will check together on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Total Number of People] If the total number of people set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first obtain permission from the host. Please take any leftover trash with you. Do not leave it outside the door; either take it with you or dispose of it in a designated trash bag. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - You must clean up all trash generated during the shoot. - Parking is available in the shutter parking lot to the left of the glass front gate. If you have a car, please double park and write your number on the front windshield. If full, nearby public parking is inexpensive. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time. - Please take photos before use and restore to the original condition.
