[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Preparation and setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition are included in the contracted time. - If the reserved time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Prevention] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, dollies, rails, metal boxes, and other equipment. (If you are conducting the shoot inside a residential home, the installation of dollies and rails is prohibited.) - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and tennis balls to place under the equipment to protect the space. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Total Number of People] Pets are not allowed in the space. If the set total number of people is not adhered to, the host may cancel the reservation or request additional payment. [Food and Drink Prohibition] Eating and drinking in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first seek the host's understanding. [Etiquette] - Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. - Smoking in the restroom is prohibited. - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - All trash generated on-site must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the number of vehicles indicated. - If you change the arrangement or structure of existing furniture as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
