* For large equipment and numerous personnel accompanying shoots such as furniture, broadcasting, and CF filming, please inquire separately :) < Reservation Information > - Reservations can be made for a minimum of 2 hours. - An additional fee of 5,000 won per person will be charged for extra personnel per hour. - The reservation time includes entry, cleaning, and exit. - Additional fees will apply starting from 10 minutes after the exit time. If an extension is needed, please let us know :) < Notice > - The reservation time includes entry, exit, and cleaning time. - Available 24 hours and operated flexibly without staff. - Upon entry, you can change into the indoor shoes provided at the entrance. - CCTV is installed at the parking lot and studio entrance to check parking, entry/exit, and number of personnel. - The studio interior, hallway, and restroom are strictly non-smoking areas. - Props and small furniture (chairs, single sofas, tables) can be moved. Larger items such as cabinets and beds cannot be moved. Please return furniture and props to their original positions as much as possible within the reservation time. - Furniture and props are subject to change at any time. Please inquire about any essential props. - A portable hanger, steam iron, clothes rack, and full-length mirror are provided. * Please use the hanger only in the changing room. Thank you for your understanding regarding the floor condition. - Only beverages, simple bread, cookies, and kimbap can be brought into the studio. (There are no facilities to dispose of food waste. Please be sure to take any leftover food with you! -> Absolutely NO in the toilet.) - The sink does not provide water for filming purposes. - In case of damage to furniture or props, the cost of the items will be charged. - Changes can be made up to 7 days in advance. Cancellations/refunds due to weather/personal circumstances after the specified period are not possible. < Parking Information > One vehicle can be parked next to the building. Parking space will be provided with a photo upon reservation. For additional vehicles, I will guide you to nearby paid parking! [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted filming time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Precautions] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: On-site confirmation > photo taking > estimate confirmation, and then compensation request will proceed. [Staff Personnel] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Prohibition of Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first seek understanding from the host. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not possible. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Only the indicated number of parking spaces will be provided. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, please restore it to its original state before the closing time.
