Hello :)
This is Cozyheim, a 1F apartment with a garden located in Suji, Yongin.
It is a home where you can enjoy a view and garden that rivals a pension. You can enjoy a view like a country house from the living room's large windows, and you can go directly from the living room to the garden.
The garden has a deck, an awning, and a table with 6 chairs.
The overall concept of the house is white wood with black accents, creating a clean, cozy, and spacious atmosphere.
There are a total of 4 rooms: a master bedroom, a son's room, a daughter's room, and a study. There is also a dressing room next to the master bedroom, a veranda constructed with pebbles next to the master bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. There is a poodle dog, and if you wish, it can be included in the shoot.
The space opposite the living room sofa has white wallpaper and can project videos using a projector, which is also available for rent. ^^
The son's room has a space that showcases a wonderful view even more beautifully, and the daughter's room has a cute secret space.
The kitchen features white upper cabinets, wooden lower cabinets, and a spacious island, along with a beautiful white wooden door that complements the large dining table sized 2200.
The auxiliary kitchen has a point grid window and an IKEA wooden countertop, which will create beautiful images during the shoot. ^^
Shooting is preferred from 9 AM to 5 PM, and other times can be arranged through consultation.
According to apartment regulations, shooting is not possible after 8 PM.
Currently, only shoots with up to 10 people are allowed.
We do not allow shoots that involve excessive exposure.

Place rules
[Time Management]
- Please strictly adhere to the contracted time.
- The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time].
- Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time.
- If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment.
[Damage Caution]
Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment.
- Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment.
- In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > after checking the estimate, compensation requests will be processed.
[Staff Count]
If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment.
[No Eating]
Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first seek the host's understanding.
[Etiquette]
- Please maintain basic etiquette for the surrounding residents.
- Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed.
- All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up.
- Parking is provided only for the indicated number of vehicles.
- If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
