[Usage Guide]
- There may be noise due to adjacent factory vehicles, factory operations, and the studio's heating and cooling systems. For sensitive recordings to external noise, it is recommended to schedule shoots after 7 PM on weekdays, after 3 PM on Saturdays, and on Sundays, and prior consultation is advised.
- Excessive noise that may cause complaints from nearby residents is not permitted. (Ex. band performance shoots)
- Additional charges may apply during shoots depending on the circumstances, and detailed inquiries should be made separately.
: Shooting near external facilities (inside the factory, etc.)
: Changes to the studio's internal setup or new setups (installation of PT Ashiba, etc.) at customer request
- The studio will not be responsible for any dangerous shooting situations.
[Time Management]
- Please strictly adhere to the contracted time.
- The usage fee is contracted based on the [Start Time] and [End Time].
- Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time.
- If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment.
[Damage Caution]
Please be careful of damage to the floor and walls caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment.
- In case of damage: Confirm on-site > Take photos > After checking the estimate, compensation requests will be processed.
[Staff Count]
If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment.
[Etiquette]
- All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up.
- If parking exceeds the indicated number of parking spaces, please make a separate inquiry.
- If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original state before the end time.
[Pre-Visit]
- The visit must be scheduled through consultation.
[Basic Provisions]
- Hangers, steam irons, full-length mirrors, ladders, heating and cooling systems, and fitting rooms are provided as standard.
[Lighting Equipment]
Here is the information on lighting equipment available for free use.
- Continuous Light (LED): 2 Nanlite FS-300B, 2 FC-120C, 2 PavoTube 30C, 1 FS-60B + spotlight
- Continuous Light (Tungsten): 2 Filmgear 650W
- Fog Machine: 1 CHAMP-900W
