[Space Usage Rules] - It is essential to confirm the possibility and pricing in advance for using the hallway, yard, terrace, or rooftop for setup or shooting beyond the reserved space. [Time Adherence] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > after checking the estimate, compensation requests will be processed. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. CCTV is installed. [No Eating or Drinking] Eating or drinking in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not possible. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only up to the indicated number of parking spaces. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure, you must restore it before the closing time. - Smoking is prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas of the building. - A cleaning deposit of at least 50,000 KRW is required. The cleaning deposit will be processed for unauthorized eating, littering, smoking, etc. (Minimum prepayment of 50,000 KRW; if the above matters are not adhered to, the deposit will not be refunded and may be requested additionally.) [Cleaning and Usage Deposit] The deposit is 50,000 KRW per space. Additional charges may apply. The deposit will not be refunded in the following cases: • Leaving without notice: You must contact in advance before completing usage. • Unauthorized touching or turning off the CCTV camera. • Generation of trash, eating or drinking, smoking inside the building.
