This is a natural light studio with a total area of 45 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft). - The shooting space is made up of white walls, creating a brighter and warmer atmosphere when natural light comes in. - The rest of the space may be redesigned and have furniture changed according to the season. *Natural light golden time 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM (winter season) 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM (summer season) If instant lighting is needed, up to 3 Fomex lights (fomex e600) are available for free rental. ‼️ Please inquire about the use of any equipment shown in the photos‼️ - The space is suitable for both video and photo shoots. Especially for video shoots, the capacity for staff is ample, (maximum of 25-30 people) making it convenient to use. - There is a separate parking lot and restroom available. If you have a lot of luggage, a freight elevator is available, but it can only be used for loading items. It is a manual elevator, so it is recommended to use the stairs if possible. (‼️ Please inquire separately if you need to use the elevator‼️) (‼️ Only 1 vehicle can be parked‼️) - Reservations can be made starting from 3 hours. *It is essential to confirm by phone before finalizing the reservation. *Please discuss the total number of users, usage details, etc., in advance before payment. - The price is based on 10 people. An additional charge of 5,500 won per person applies for extra guests.

[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoring the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Parking] - There is parking space available inside the building, but it is not designated parking. Only 1 vehicle is allowed. - Additional vehicles must find and use nearby public parking. [Damage and Loss Precautions] Please be careful of damage to the floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - To minimize floor dragging, please carry items or use cloths or blankets for moving. - In case of damage: we will check on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. - A multi-purpose CCTV is always in operation. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may request additional payment. [Etiquette] - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - You must adhere to the entry and exit times of your reservation. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
