This is a private studio located in Gangnam Nonhyeon-dong (near Nonhyeon Elementary School and Yeongdong Market), occupying the entire 28 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) on the 3rd floor, exclusively for one team. It features a 5.5m wide × 4m deep × 2.7m high cyclorama, with three sides made of windows allowing for natural light shooting all day long. You can utilize both the cyclorama and the naturally lit living space with a single reservation, making it possible to complete shoots that require concept changes in one day without moving. This is a corner space with three sides of windows. From 8 AM to 10 AM, direct sunlight strongly enters the cyclorama, and afterwards, the sun moves from the cyclorama towards the entrance, maintaining natural light throughout the day. ■ Ideal for the following shoots: - Detailed pages and advertising cuts for cosmetics and beauty products - Lookbooks, clothing photos, and personal profiles - Video content such as YouTube and Reels ■ Space Information: - 3rd floor, private, with elevator - Approximately 28 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) private studio (exclusive use by the booking team) - Cyclorama 5.5m × 4m × 2.7m - Natural light from three sides of windows - Makeup room, changing room (with curtains), internal restroom - Free parking for 1 vehicle (additional vehicles must use nearby paid parking) ■ Operations: Since 2019, this space has been operated as a professional studio for beauty and product shoots, hosting over 200 brands. It is run by an active photographer with 15 years of experience, ensuring that the lighting environment and shooting flow are maintained to professional standards. ■ Capacity: Base capacity is for 3 people / An additional fee of 5,500 KRW per person per hour (including VAT) applies for exceeding this number. ■ Equipment Rental (please inform in advance when booking): - GODOX QT600III strobe lights (2 units, supports high-speed sync) / 15,000 KRW per unit - FOMEX E600 light (1 unit) / 10,000 KRW - Aputure 600 Pro continuous light (1 unit) / 50,000 KRW - Nanlite Forza 60 / 15,000 KRW - Sync devices available (provided for GODOX and FOMEX) - Multiple system stands (Aputure) — provided as standard - Various colors and sizes of backdrop paper available / 5,000 KRW each - Numerous shooting props available / 50,000 KRW per day (please use carefully as these props are collected for actual shooting) If you inform us of your shooting details, we will guide you on how to utilize the space and set it up accordingly. - The reservation time includes setup and cleanup, and additional charges will apply from 15 minutes over the reserved time. - An additional fee of 5,500 KRW per person per hour (including VAT) applies for exceeding the base capacity of 3 people. - Wearing outdoor shoes indoors is prohibited. Cleaning fees will be charged for any shoe marks. - Moving furniture is not allowed. Any scratches or damages caused by unauthorized movement will incur additional charges. - The yellow curtain (storage) area is prohibited from use and opening. - The space gray iMac is prohibited from use and movement. - Use of equipment, props, and backdrop paper requires prior notification at the time of booking; restrictions may apply if used without notification. - Restoration costs may be charged for any damages or contamination. - There may be external delivery noise during video shoots.
