The MUI Studio Gangnam Retro House

📌 Facility Information 1. It is a 30 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) studio designed through collaboration with current art, photography, and video directors, not a former family home. 2. The space faces southeast, and natural light peaks from 10 AM to 3 PM, with soft light coming in until sunset. 3. Up to 2 cars can park for free in front of the studio, and if full, you can use the Bangbae Cultural Center public parking lot (a 4-minute walk). 4. The makeup room is equipped with a vanity, steam iron, hangers, and a full-length mirror, making it convenient for models to do their makeup and change clothes. 5. Pets are allowed, and food photography is possible, but prior notice is required. 6. You can use the water in the studio kitchen, and there is also a restroom inside. 7. It is a noise-free zone, so you don't have to worry about complaints even if you are shooting music performance content. 📌 Precautions 1. The studio usage time is from 'shooting preparation' to 'cleaning and check-out'. 2. The reservation is based on 4 people, and additional fees will apply for exceeding this number. 3. If large furniture is brought in or if cooking or liquids are used during the shoot, prior consultation is required. 4. If you need to eat in the studio, please inquire in advance. 5. Please be careful of damage as it is a space like a cultural asset that is difficult to repair.
