This is a 4-year-old couple's actual residence located in Pyeongchang-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
The exterior made of red bricks harmonizes beautifully with the serene neighborhood surrounded by mountains and hills. Being a house surrounded by Bukhansan, you can see mountains, clouds, and flying birds from every corner of the house.
When you open the door from the entrance, a spacious foyer unfolds, and by opening the inner door from the foyer, you will find a layout divided into a dressing room, kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom centered around a long hallway.
๐งโ๐คโ๐ง The maximum capacity is up to 6 people.
โ๏ธ From 11 AM to 5 PM, sunlight streams in continuously. (After 4 PM, it may get later depending on the season)
โฐ The surroundings are all mountains, so it is very quiet. I believe this will be convenient for your shoot.
๐ There is no separate parking lot, but parking for 1 car is possible in front of the house.
โฑ๏ธ All props inside the house can be used freely. However, moving them outside the entrance is restricted.
๐บ Appliance brands: Miele (dishwasher) / Balmuda (toaster) / Illy (coffee machine) / LG (TV, washing machine, dryer) / Samsung (refrigerator, microwave oven, air conditioner)
๐ซ It is difficult to use cookware, dishes, cutlery, and the gas stove.

โโ๏ธ Eating and drinking in the space is absolutely prohibited.

๐ฅ Please be mindful of noise between floors as this is a multi-family residence.

Place rules
[Time Management]
- Please strictly adhere to the contracted time.
- The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time].
- Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time.
- If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment.
[Damage Caution]
Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment.
- Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment.
- In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request.
[Staff Count]
If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment.
[No Eating]
Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host.
[Etiquette]
- Please maintain basic etiquette for the surrounding residents.
- Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed.
- All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up.
- Parking is provided only for the indicated number of vehicles.
- If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure for any reason, you must restore it before the end time.
