Food - Water and beverages are allowed (must be in a container with a lid) - Bringing in other food and beverages is prohibited - Prevent damage to recording equipment and carpets 📍 5. Compensation Standards - Actual cost compensation for damage or loss - Business loss during construction period - Special cleaning costs are separate 📍 8. Refunds and Changes - Refund policies differ by site - Refund policy applies based on the site where payment was made - Changes are not allowed except for refunds - Refunds and changes are not allowed for discounted reservations 📍 9. Facility Information - Double soundproofing (not to recording studio level) - Disposable items, consumables, and toilet paper are not provided - Heating and cooling devices and electronic equipment a. Turn off all power upon exit b. Refund of 1,000 won for each hour of unused time due to equipment malfunction c. Cooling is prohibited during winter (December - February) 📍 11. A-C Bringing/Using Options (prior agreement required) A- Wind instruments, percussion instruments, audio equipment B- Shooting equipment (only personal shooting with mobile phones allowed) and other equipment C- Bringing in structures/items / Changing space structure and facility location ※ Floor protection mats are mandatory 📍 12. Penalties (in case of violation of usage rules) a. Restriction on the entire reserved use (non-refundable) b. Violation fee of double the amount (for additional options and use outside of reservation details) c. 150,000 won charge (for shoes, attachments, etc.)
