🚨 Schedule inquiry is mandatory before booking 📍 1. Prohibitions - No food or alcohol allowed - No use or entry outside of the reservation details - No changes to attachments, facility locations, or settings - No external equipment or items allowed 📍 2. Number of People - If exceeding the basic number of people - At the time of booking: 1 person / 1,000 won per hour (discounted) - After booking: 1 person / 2,000 won per hour (normal rate) - Regardless of entry time or purpose of visit, all included 📍 3. Shoes - Only indoor athletic shoes are allowed (store outdoor shoes in the designated area) - Outdoor athletic shoes are allowed if cleaned with wet wipes (prior inquiry required) - Indoor dress shoes are allowed under the following conditions (prior inquiry required) a. Entire sole is suede b. Heel cap and model walking c. No movement during the shoot 📍 4. Food - Water and beverages are allowed (must be in a container with a lid and placed on the floor) - No other food or alcohol allowed - Prevent damage to recording equipment and carpets 📍 5. Inquiries - Phone: Weekdays 10 AM - 8 PM - Refunds/Customer Service: Weekdays 1 PM - 6 PM - Text: Weekdays 8 PM - 10 AM / Weekends and holidays ※ Responses may be delayed or unavailable. 📍 6. Deposit - For attachments and food entry - When using options A-C - Prior inquiry is mandatory (50,000 - 100,000 won) 📍 7. Compensation Standards - Actual cost compensation for damage or loss - Business loss during construction period - Special cleaning costs are separate 📍 8. Refunds and Changes - Refund policies vary by site - Refund policy applies based on the site where payment was made - Changes are not allowed except for refunds - Discounted reservations cannot be refunded or changed 📍 9. Additional Options - Payment based on the quantity of options x reserved space time - Some options may not be available if only part of the time is paid - Some amounts may be treated as a deposit (non-refundable) - Restrictions may apply for same-day or holiday reservations/additions - Option items may change at any time and may differ from photos - If option use is restricted due to damage or loss (refund only for the specific option after verification process) 📍 10. Facility Information - Basic soundproofing in the practice room (not a recording studio) - Disposable items, consumables, and toilet paper are not provided - Air conditioning and electronic devices a. Turn off all power when leaving b. Refund of 1,000 won for each hour of unused time due to device malfunction c. No cooling allowed during winter (December - February) 📍 11. A-C Entry/Use Options (prior agreement required) A- Wind instruments, percussion instruments, audio equipment B- Filming equipment (only personal filming with mobile phones allowed) and other equipment C- Entry of structures/items / changes to space structure or facility locations ※ Floor protection mats are mandatory 📍 12. Penalties (in case of rule violations) a. Complete restriction of all reserved use (non-refundable) b. Violation fee of double the amount (for additional options or use outside of reservation details) c. 150,000 won charge (for shoes, attachments, etc.)
