[Punctuality] - Please adhere strictly to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful as there are many fragile items such as tripods, lights, ceramics, and vases. - In case of damage: you must compensate the full value of the item after verification via CCTV. [Staff Count] The basic fee covers up to 5 people, and for each additional person over 5, an extra charge of 5,500 KRW per person per hour will apply. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please be sure to obtain prior consent from the host. [Etiquette] - As this is a self-service rental studio, please be sure to keep your reservation time. - Pets are allowed, but please ensure they are wearing a band or diaper to prevent marking. - Please change into the provided slippers upon entering the studio (if shooting with shoes, please be sure to tape them).
