- Please make sure to adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, additional payment may be requested. - The styling of furniture and props may change. - The furniture and lighting in the studio are high-end original (vintage) products, so please use them with care. - In case of damage or contamination: confirm on-site together > take photos and request 100% compensation. - If the set maximum number of people is not adhered to, the shoot may be canceled or additional payment may be requested. - Eating and drinking in the space is prohibited, but simple beverages and snacks are allowed. - You must wear the indoor shoes provided, and outdoor shoes are not allowed inside. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the number of vehicles indicated. - If you need to change the existing furniture setup and structure, please consult with the staff and restore it to its original condition before the closing time.
