[Time Management] - Please adhere to the scheduled studio usage time. - The usage fee is calculated based on the time from the start to the end of studio use. - The studio usage time includes preparation and setup for shooting, equipment organization, and restoration to original condition. - Additional fees may apply if the designated shooting time is exceeded. [Damage Caution] - Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. Damage incidents occur frequently. - In the event of damage, a procedure will be initiated to confirm the estimate for the damage and request compensation accordingly. - CCTV is installed to prevent damage and theft. [Staff Count] - No additional fees will be charged based on the number of visitors. [Etiquette] - Pets are allowed in the studio. However, you must bring any necessary items for your pet. - Please clean up any trash generated during the shoot for the next user. - Parking is free for up to 3 vehicles, and additional vehicles will receive 1 hour of free parking service. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
