🖤DIER Studio Usage Guidelines🖤 1. Please change into indoor shoes before entering. (Only indoor shoes and new shoes for shoots are allowed inside the studio. Outdoor shoes must be changed upon exiting. Walking barefoot during the shoot can increase the risk of foot injuries.) 2. There are changing rooms and a powder room available inside the studio. (Please be sure to unplug any devices such as curling irons, hairdryers, and steam irons after use.) 3. Please use the restroom on the first floor (Password: 0521* / Toilet paper is provided separately in the studio.) 4. Simple snacks and the use of props are only allowed with prior agreement. 5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the studio; violators will be asked to leave immediately without warning. 6. All items and props within the studio must be returned to their original position after use. Damage to any equipment will incur a charge equal to the cost of the item. There are large props that are not fixed, as well as some very sharp items or those that may pose an electric shock risk. Please make sure to move or handle them only with staff assistance, even for minor adjustments. (CCTV is in operation in all areas except the changing room; in the event of theft, compensation of ten times the value will be required.) 7. Please do not exert excessive force on any structures in the studio, such as hanging or leaning on them. 8. The staff room is located at the back of the stage. Please call a staff member if you have any inquiries. You won't be a burden or inconvenience us at all ^-^ 9. We are not responsible for any injuries that occur due to violations of the rules during your use of the studio. 10. Please dispose of trash in the designated bins provided. Be sure to throw away drinks only when they are empty. (Leftover drinks should be disposed of in the restroom.) 11. A photography studio is simultaneously in operation. Please understand that there may be staff and other shooting clients moving through while you are shooting. 🖤DIER Studio Lighting and Surrounding Equipment🖤 1. Please do not unplug the outlets that are currently in use. 2. The orange extension cord placed at the entrance is long enough to use anywhere in the studio. Please use the orange extension cord. 3. If you are unfamiliar with lighting setup or usage, you can seek assistance from the staff. 4. We have special lighting, fog machines, and tethering equipment available. If you want to create something even more unique, additional rentals can be arranged. Please check Instagram for details. 5. Be careful to avoid burns when using the fog machine. 6. SAVAGE background paper (2.75m) is available for an additional 30,000 KRW. (It is laid down to the floor.) 7. Bluetooth speakers are available for use; please inquire. 🖤DIER Studio Clothing and Additional Prop Rentals🖤 1. Please check the list of rental outfits on Instagram. 2. Rental fees vary for different outfits and props. 3. Please avoid excessive wearing. 4. Additional fees may apply for damage or stains to the outfits. 5. In the case of critical damage or staining to the outfits and props, a charge equal to the item's value will apply. [Time Management] - Please adhere strictly to the contracted times. - The usage fee is based on [start time] and [end time] as per the contract. - Time for setup, equipment take down, and restoring the location to its original state is included in the contracted time. - If you exceed the contracted shooting time, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of the wooden floors and wallpaper that may be damaged by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director chairs, and other equipment. - In case of damage: on-site inspection > photo documentation > estimate confirmation and compensation request process will be followed. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff allowed is exceeded, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating is strictly prohibited in the space. If necessary, please ask for permission from the host beforehand. [Etiquette] - You are responsible for cleaning up any trash generated during the shoot. - Please use the nearby public parking garage for parking. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement or setup for your needs, please restore it to its original state before the closing time.
