- You must adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the 'start time' and 'end time'. The end time includes the time for cleaning and restoring the space to its original condition. - A facility deposit of 100,000 KRW must be paid separately from the rental fee at the time of booking, and the deposit account number will be sent via text message upon reservation. The full amount will be refunded after checking for cleaning, damage, loss, or destruction upon check-out, provided there are no issues. - If you do not adhere to the contracted check-out time, usage fees will be incurred for the excess time, and you must clean up and collect trash before check-out. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. - The space must be restored to its original condition before the end time. - In the event of damage or loss of the venue or its items, you will be liable for full compensation at cost price, and we are not responsible for careless safety accidents. - Smoking and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in this rental space.
