This is a kitchen studio operated by a stylist where you can experience two different kitchen styles at once.

[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. - The earliest rental time is from 9 AM. [Kitchen Items and Usable Kitchenware, Others] - Currently, the countertop of the white kitchen is white, not wood. The lower white kitchen has a white countertop. - The items listed above can be easily moved, and you should restore them to their original state after use. - Items and cooking utensils in the lower cabinets cannot be used as they are part of our filming equipment. (Additional charges may apply if used without permission.) - Kitchen appliances (air fryer, microwave, large oven, electric kettle, 4-burner gas stove, 3-burner gas stove) are available for use. - Round table / rectangular basic table / vintage table (available for an additional fee), 2 movable islands. - There is 1 refrigerator and 1 freezer (mint). - There is no separate powder room provided for the kitchen studio. [Location] After climbing about 7 stairs in the building, you will move to the elevator. It is not connected to the underground parking lot. You can briefly stop on the first floor to unload your luggage before parking. [Parking] You can park 1 vehicle (designated for the studio). Other vehicles can use the paid parking lot at Hyochang Sports Complex, which is a 3-minute walk away. [Damage Caution] *The countertop of the wood kitchen is made of marble, so it is sensitive to impact, and placing hot cooking items directly on it may cause cracks or breakage, so please be cautious. You will be required to compensate 100% for any damage.* - Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. (Especially reduce noise as much as possible late at night.) - Since the area is residential, shooting after 10 PM is not allowed. (This does not apply if existing shoots are delayed.) - Outdoor shooting in the surrounding area is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is only provided for the number of vehicles indicated. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original state before the end time.
