The building has a café on the 1st and 2nd floors, 5 different concept rooms from the 3rd to the 7th floors, a 13-passenger elevator, and a parking lot that can accommodate up to 12 cars. ▫ Standalone Studio in a 7-Story Building - Café on the 1st and 2nd floors, a total of 5 French modern and natural concept rooms on the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th floors - Each room is approximately 30 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) with abundant natural light facing southwest - Shooting distance of 10M secured in all rooms - 1G high-speed internet installed on each floor, real-time live broadcasting possible - Fully equipped parking lot - Up to 12 cars can be parked, and based on the number of people per room, we provide free parking for 1-5 cars.
