The spacious area of about 60 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) is composed of 11 different concepts. It features a sofa lounge reminiscent of an office, a print room, phone booths, workspaces, a reception area, cabinets, and more, allowing for various concept setups. Additionally, there is a horizon space suitable for simple product photography and a designated area for hair and makeup setup. 🙏🏻 Please make sure to check before booking 🙏🏻 1. There is no elevator in the building. With a large 60 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) open space featuring a view of the lush Chosan Mountain, it can be difficult to walk up, but it is perfect for photo and video shoots, which is why we created OP STUDIO here. We open the rooftop space for free for those who trust and come to OP STUDIO. Please use it cleanly! 2. The minimum booking time is 3 hours, which includes time for preparation and cleanup. If you are more than 10 minutes late, a fee for 30 minutes will be charged, and if you are 30 minutes late, a fee for 1 hour will be charged. Please note that if you finish earlier than the booked time, the usage fee will not be refunded. Please include all visitors in the headcount. If the number of people differs on the day of the reservation, you will be charged for the actual number of users. If payment is not confirmed within 3 hours after writing the reservation, the reservation will be automatically canceled. 3. If any damage to furniture or props is discovered after the shoot, 100% of the cost of the damaged items will be charged. In case of damage to the interior, you will need to compensate based on the contractor's estimate. 4. Food and drink are prohibited except for simple beverages. Please return any furniture and props used during the shoot to their original positions before leaving. 5. Adult content and nude photography are prohibited. If you shoot without prior notice during the reservation stage, you will be immediately asked to leave, and the deposit will not be refunded. 6. Parking information: The parking lot can be used without a limit on the number of cars per floor of the building, and parking is available for up to 1 car. If you need parking for more than 1 car, please use nearby parking lots.
