The interior, which feels like it has stopped somewhere between the 1980s and 1990s, is filled with vintage and retro items that I have personally collected over a long period of time, giving it a warm, old, and faded feeling. Only Ne House is a multi-family house built in the 1970s, preserving the old louver wall interior, and is usually used as a glass workshop. 💡 Various stained glass lights are prepared. (There is no lighting equipment prepared for shooting.) 🪴 Plants are growing throughout the workshop, creating a cozy and fresh atmosphere. 🌞 As it is a south-facing house, it has a natural light feel during the day, and in the evening, the stained glass lights can be turned on for a cozy mood for shooting. 🧸 The space can also be rented for purposes other than shooting, such as small gatherings and meetings. 🧡 A variety of retro and vintage items, vintage fabrics, and vintage clothing suitable for home snap photography are prepared. (They can be used as shooting props after prior consultation.) ❤️‍🔥 Most of the vintage items in Only Ne House (the workshop) are precious items that I have found, collected, and inherited from various places. Due to the nature of vintage items, some may be difficult to find again. 📌 You will be responsible for compensation in case of damage or theft, so please handle them with care. 🚪 The two rooms outside the shooting space that will be informed in advance are currently used for glass work. Please refrain from entering as there is a risk of injury from glass shards, etc. 🧃 Only food for shooting or simple snacks, coffee, and drinks can be brought in. *You must clean up all trash and tidy up afterward. ☕️ Vintage plates and cups can be used as shooting props, but please be especially careful as they are all glass products. *You will be responsible for 100% compensation in case of breakage. 📌 Only Ne House occupies the entire 3rd floor of a multi-family house. The owner and other tenants actually reside on the 1st and 2nd floors. Please understand some noise generously, but excessive noise should be kept to a minimum for courtesy :) 🚘 Due to its location in a residential area, parking is randomly available in the alley. After prior consultation, a space for one vehicle is possible. 📍 It is located a 5-minute walk from Gulpocheon Station on Line 7, making public transportation a bit more convenient. ♦ Large room, living room, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor terrace space ♦ Tables for 6 and 4 people are prepared (possible for small gatherings, meetings, etc.) ♦ Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, air conditioner, refrigerator, etc. ♦ Vintage clothing can be worn (must be organized after wearing).
