It is a single-story house structure that has been renovated while preserving the advantages of its old architecture, and all rooms A, B, and C have terraces facing the garden.
A mini greenhouse and horizon are available in Room A.
It faces southeast.
The garden boasts a green view that remains vibrant throughout all four seasons.
There is a separate front yard by the entrance and a main yard, making it easy to utilize the space and ensuring privacy.
There is a flower working space converted from a garage on the front yard side, which also serves as a waiting area for staff.
It is located in Seocho-gu, Seoul.
This space is operated by a florist.
If you need flowers or flower directing for your shoot, please inquire. (Additional costs will apply)
For video shoots such as advertisements, music videos, dramas, and independent films, please call for separate inquiries.
Place rules
[Rental Fee]
- The Wanna Be Your Day studio aims for a private shooting space and is available for full rental only. <1HR for 4 people is 99,000 KRW>
- For each additional person beyond the base number, it is +10,000 KRW per person per hour.
- Even if you finish earlier than the reserved time, the fee will be calculated based on the reserved time.
- For all-day rentals or video and broadcast shooting teams, please inquire by phone separately.

• Additional person and surcharge fees:
1HR per person: 10,000 KRW
(📌 Due to the platform service fee (10%) from Hourplace, it is 11,000 KRW.)
[Studio Internal Arrangement and Props]
- Hairdryer, full-length mirror, steam iron, hangers, Bluetooth speaker, dura table, ladder
[Punctuality]
- Please strictly adhere to the contracted time.
- The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time].
- Time for preparation, setting up, equipment removal, and restoring the location to its original state is included in the contracted time.
- If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment.
[Damage Caution]
Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director chairs, and other equipment.
- Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment.
- In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > after checking the estimate, compensation requests will be processed.
[Staff Count]
If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment.
[Food and Drink]
- Eating inside is allowed. However, meals on the carpet and sofa are prohibited due to constant caution required. Please dispose of leftover food in the designated food waste bag and place it in the food waste collection bin at the entrance.
If leftover food is disposed of in general trash and a report is made to the district office, all fines incurred will be the responsibility of the rental team.
[Etiquette]
- Please observe basic etiquette such as noise for the surrounding residents.
- Outdoor shooting outside the studio is not allowed, but shooting against the studio's walls and entrance is permitted.
- All trash generated during the shoot must be sorted and disposed of properly.
- Parking is only available for the number of spaces indicated.
- If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original state after the shoot.
