[Damage Prevention] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating is always prohibited in the space except for food for the shoot. [Etiquette] - The alley around the studio is beautiful, so you can also take nice outdoor shots. - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
