Base capacity is for 4 people - 55,000 KRW/hour. Additional people exceeding the base capacity - 5,500 KRW/hour. [🚙Parking Information] *Parking is paid. (3,000 KRW/hour per vehicle, maximum 30,000 KRW per day, 20-minute intervals) [🏠Facility Information] [Seojai Studio] With warm wood tones and various props, it is suitable for 1-person YouTube videos or 3-person talk shows. [Horizon Studio] Equipped with a ceiling lighting system, the Horizon Studio allows for shooting various concepts of videos and photos. [Lounge Studio] The well-decorated lounge is convenient for shooting various interviews, entertainment shows, and talk shows. [Cooking Studio] Equipped with a sink, refrigerator, mini oven, blender, and various utensils, it is suitable for cooking or food content shooting. [Powder Room] Spacious and able to accommodate many people, it can also be used as a dressing room. [River View & Seoul City View] You can utilize the open view of Anyangcheon from the 23rd floor and the city view overlooking Mokdong for your shoots. Being on a high floor, it is free from noise. [Sheer & Blackout Curtains] With double curtains, various setups are possible. You can create a mysterious or vintage atmosphere with the curtain background, or block sunlight and external noise with the blackout curtains. [No Parking Worries] Ample parking space is available, and there is a freight elevator for convenience before and after shooting. (Parking fee 3,000 KRW/hour, maximum 30,000 KRW per day, 20-minute intervals) [Live Streaming Environment] Equipped with 5GHz gigabit internet, and thanks to the WIFI6 router, there are no interruptions or lag during wireless live broadcasts. [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check together on-site > take photos > and proceed with compensation requests after confirming the estimate. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Smoking & Food Restrictions] Smoking is always prohibited in the space. Please note that eating foods that produce smoke and odors, such as grilled meat, is also prohibited. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Building parking is paid. (3,000 KRW/hour, 20-minute increments) - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
