[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoring the location to its original state is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. - It is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. It is Unit 301. - Furniture and props may vary depending on the situation. - Please wear the indoor shoes provided for those excluding models. - If you wish to shoot in the shoes you arrived in, please make sure to tape them. - There are a total of 4 CCTV cameras recording inside the studio. Please change in the dressing room. - Basic provided items such as mini hair straighteners, tail combs, roller brushes, brushes, tape, tissues, wet wipes, tripods, tripod manuals, wireless remotes, and dust tape are available in each room's dressing room. - Taping that may leave marks on the walls is not allowed. Please be informed that if marks are left, the cost of repainting the walls will be charged. - Only trained pets are allowed. Pets that bark, scratch, or are not house-trained are not allowed. - For live broadcasts, prior consultation regarding the shooting content, shooting items, and the range of used supplies is mandatory. Please send a text before booking or leave inquiries in the booking request, and we will assist you after consultation. - The studio prohibits the use of fire, and it is difficult to shoot items that use fire. [Damage Notice] If any space, furniture, or props are damaged during use, the value of the items may be charged. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If unavoidable, please first seek the host's understanding. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is not allowed. Please use the public parking lot 3 minutes away. During the day, the area in front of the building is a residential parking zone, so if there are empty spots, you may park there. Parking in non-designated areas may result in a parking violation. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original state before the end time.
