[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: On-site confirmation > photo documentation > estimate confirmation, followed by a request for compensation. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Video Shooting] For audio-sensitive shoots, please make a prior site check before booking. (As there tends to be noise, it is essential to check.) General video shooting is not a problem. Refunds due to noise issues after proceeding with the booking without confirming the guidelines are difficult. [Pet Shooting] - For pets, an additional fee of 5,500 won per hour (including VAT) will be incurred separately from the standard number of people. - Please ensure a clean finish for studio cleanliness when shooting with pets. - Cleaning fees may be charged for contamination of the studio, including walls, fabrics, and furniture. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the indicated number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original state before the end time.
