[Time Compliance] - Please ensure that the scheduled time is strictly adhered to. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for setup, equipment pickup, and restoring the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted filming time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Prevention] Please be careful about damaging the wooden floors and wallpaper with tripods, lights, metal boxes, director’s chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please have a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball ready to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Inspection on-site > take photographs > after checking the estimate, compensation will be requested. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Etiquette] - Please maintain basic etiquette for the sake of the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting nearby is not permitted. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is limited to the number of spaces provided. - If you change the arrangement or structure of the existing furniture for any reason, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
