✅️ Today's House Online Tour https://link.ohou.se/86kcfe ⚫️ Our space is uploaded on <Hourplace>. ⚫️ The usage fees are set differently according to the **commission of each platform. ⛲️ Apartment Villa Grayish is a space inspired by a high-end residence that could be found in New York. It is a newly built 26 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) apartment located on Wangsimni-ro in Seongdong-gu, featuring a main living area, kitchen, 3 rooms, and 2 bathrooms. You can use all spaces except for the dressing room (the master bathroom cannot be used as a bathroom but can be used for shooting). *Notes for Shooting ▪︎Common: As it is a newly built apartment, the ceiling height is relatively high at 2.5m, and being east-facing, natural light is strong in the early morning hours. ▪︎Living Room: The entire space is in gray tones, with the back of the sofa finished in Italian Valena paint, and the TV wall covered with interior film. All furniture and props shown in the photos are available for use, and the built-in 77-inch TV, Jung Switch, and Google Nest can create a cleaner atmosphere. ▪︎Kitchen: The front features a 3.7m long island bar, and the back has a tall cabinet and LG Objet refrigerator, creating a much wider image than typical apartments. It is equipped with a Swan sink, Nikola Tesla induction cooktop, LG dishwasher, and Samsung laundry tower, and the speaker is a transparent product that can connect via Bluetooth. ▪︎Bedroom: The hotel-style bedroom is designed in the same GRAY&BLACK concept as the apartment. The headwall is finished with gray European plaster, while the rest features plaster-like wallpaper. A Samsung 55-inch wall-mounted TV, air purifier, and custom wooden TV stand are installed. ▪︎Bedroom Bathroom: It uses large tiles in gray-beige tone measuring 1,200x600, featuring a tiled sink and mirror, and a designer faucet. The shower booth and toilet area are separated by brown satin glass, providing a modern hotel bathroom atmosphere. ▪︎Study: This beige & wood-toned space features a custom-made walnut desk and bookshelf, along with designer chairs. Bar lighting and indirect lighting are installed. ▪︎Common Bathroom: A dark gray-toned bathroom with matte tiles measuring 600, creating a subtle atmosphere with recessed lighting. The sink can be used, but filling the bathtub with water is not allowed. Since we actually reside here, please contact us in advance for large shoots that require a lot of equipment, and please be careful to avoid scratches, dents, and other damages. Also, we plan to vacate the house after providing usage instructions, so please keep that in mind :) Parking can be registered for visiting vehicles (only passenger cars are allowed), and feel free to contact us with any inquiries regarding the space, interior, etc., and we will kindly assist you.
