[Anyang/Pyeongchon/Gwacheon] Apartment with Wood and White Design and Prominent Arches

This space is an apartment where a designer actually lives, and I am the host, Joy ☺️ This is a comfortable home with a white wood tone located near Indukwon Station (Line 4), on the 19th floor, surrounded by many apartments :) (Based on the living room) Since it is a southeast-facing house, the time when the most direct light comes in is from 07:00 to 13:00. After that, light comes into the kitchen area (west-facing) from 15:00 to 18:00. (The west-facing light is dim, so lighting is needed in the afternoon.) Outside of the morning hours, it may be indirectly bright or dark, so it would be good to use lighting for shooting 🙂 🟡Operating Hours: 06:00 to 24:00 (until midnight) - For other times, please inquire in advance! 🟡Shooting Space: Living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom -The host will wait in another bedroom. (or go out) -The bedroom being rented is a guest room. (IKEA single bed, table, deep built-in wardrobe, full-length mirror, etc.) -Living room (air conditioner, irregular full-length mirror, round table, modular sofa, ivory short-haired rug, ceiling fan, etc.) 🟡Furniture Movement and Prop Use -Use after prior consultation with the host -Please restore to original condition after moving furniture/using props -Microwave, electric kettle, tableware, full-length mirror, other props, etc. -Please use them without damage as much as possible, as we are accommodating as much as we can. 🟡Reservation Precautions ✔️Please provide company information, shooting details, and shooting space. ✔️As this is a place where someone actually lives, the host will be present at the location. ✔️Please note that furniture and props may change slightly. ✔️Please use the space with care. ⚠️Please be aware of the above information and make a reservation, and the guest will be fully responsible for any consequences due to lack of understanding.
