Please enjoy your time comfortably and pleasantly~😄 [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the floor, walls, and furniture caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. - CCTV recording: For the safety of users and fire prevention, as well as facility management, the studio is under 24-hour surveillance. [Etiquette] - Please wear the provided indoor shoes in the studio. - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is limited to the number of spaces indicated. - If you change the arrangement or structure of the existing furniture, you must restore it to its original state before the end time.
