💫 One Pomax 400D is available. 💫 Two stands & a ceiling-mounted heating and cooling system are fully equipped. 🚨 Please wear indoor shoes while using the studio. (Taping is mandatory if wearing shoes) 🚨 Stands and a ceiling-mounted heating and cooling system are provided. Please make sure to turn off the power when leaving. 🙏🏻 ✔ If check-in or check-out time exceeds 10 minutes, a fee will be charged in 30-minute increments. Preparation and cleaning time are included in the reservation time. (For inquiries about extending time, please call 30 minutes before check-out.) ✔ Please make sure to turn off the power of any electrical appliances used before leaving. (Penalty fees will be charged) ✔ Please do not use double-sided tape. Masking tape is provided. Repair costs will be charged for any damage to furniture or walls. ✔ The restroom is located one half floor below, and please change into indoor shoes when using the restroom. ✔ This studio operates as an unmanned facility, and CCTV is in operation inside. 🎥 ✔ A refrigerator is provided under the sink in the dressing room. One bottle of water is provided per person. ✔ You will be responsible for compensation in case of damage to props or furniture. Please handle them with care. ✔ Penalty fees will apply in case of scratches on the floor, furniture, or walls. The studio is a space rented out for photo shoots to multiple guests.
