[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Items to prepare: Please bring a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage or contamination: We will check on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Number of People] Additional charges will apply for visitors beyond the reserved number of people. - The price is based on 4 people, and an additional charge of 5,500 KRW per hour will apply for each extra person. - Children and animals are also counted as one person each. - Please be cautious about safety when bringing infants or animals. The studio is not responsible for any safety accidents that occur due to negligence. [Pets] Dogs and cats are allowed, and each pet counts as one person. Please bring hygiene products such as potty pads. [Food and Drink Prohibition] Eating and drinking in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up and taken away (including food waste). - Parking is provided only for the specified number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement or structure for any reason, you must restore it before the end time. - To protect the flooring, please wear the provided indoor slippers, and if wearing shoes for shooting, please attach masking tape (available in the studio). - The studio is not responsible for any lost items left behind, so please double-check before leaving.
