It is a clean and bright space with a modern feel facing south.
This space is suitable for all types of shoots including lookbooks, profiles, products, self-shoots, YouTube videos, and interview recordings.
There is a changing room inside.

1. A separate makeup room is available. (Request is required at the time of booking) It is equipped with a makeup table, curling iron, hair dryer, hair ties, combs, etc.
2. There is a parking lot on the first floor of the building and at the back.
3. There is a spacious restroom inside the studio.
4. There is no elevator, but the building has wide stairs.
5. Free rental items include A-stand, C-stand, reflector, Bluetooth speaker, full-length mirror, steam iron, hangers, folding table, power strips, and clothes hangers (request is required for necessary items at the time of booking).
6. There is a high road next to the building, so noise such as car sounds may occur. If you are recording simultaneously, we recommend using a pin microphone, and please inquire if you have sensitive recording needs.
7. Please note that if payment is not made within 3 hours after booking approval, it will be automatically canceled.
8. Reservations are confirmed based on payment order, not approval order. If another team makes a payment first through the website reservation, it may be canceled even after approval.

11. During spring and summer, the sun's altitude is high, making it difficult for sunlight to penetrate deep into the room. In autumn and winter, the sun's altitude decreases, allowing more natural light to enter. If lighting is important, please inquire before your visit.

Place rules
[Time Management]
- Please strictly adhere to the contracted time.
- The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time].
- Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time.
- If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment.
[Damage Prevention]
Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment.
- Preparation: Please bring a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment.
- In case of damage or contamination: We will check on-site > take photos > and proceed with compensation requests after confirming the estimate.
[Personnel]
If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment.
- The fee is based on 4 people, and an additional 5,500 KRW will be charged per person.
- Children and animals are also counted as one person each.
- Please ensure safety when accompanied by infants or animals. The studio is not responsible for any safety accidents that occur due to negligence.
[Pets]
Dogs and cats are allowed, and each pet counts as one person. Please bring hygiene products such as potty pads.
[Food and Drink Prohibition]
Eating and drinking in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host.
[Etiquette]
- Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents.
- Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed.
- All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up and taken away (including food waste).
- Parking is provided only for the specified number of vehicles.
- If you change the existing furniture arrangement or structure for any reason, you must restore it before the end time.
- Please wear the indoor shoes provided to protect the flooring, and if wearing shoes for shooting, please attach masking tape (available in the studio).
- The studio is not responsible for any lost items left behind, so please check again before leaving.
