[Pre-Booking Checklist] - Personal snap photography such as weddings and family photos is not allowed. - The furniture and props seen in the studio photos are subject to change at any time. If you need specific furniture or props for your shoot, please inquire before your booking. [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may request additional payment. [Food and Drink Prohibition] Outside food is prohibited, but simple drinks and snacks are allowed. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is limited to the number of spaces provided. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it before the end time. - Please wear the indoor shoes provided in the studio. If you are using shoes for the shoot, please make sure to tape them.
