[Additional Costs] Food photography and entry, pet photography and entry, furniture and interior photography (including moving furniture) incur an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per hour, and please inform us in advance before making a reservation. [Time Adherence] - Please strictly adhere to the reserved time. - Early arrivals will not be allowed to enter before the scheduled time. - The usage fee is based on the [start time] and [end time] of the reservation. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration to original condition is included in the reserved time. - If you exceed the scheduled check-out time by more than 10 minutes, an additional fee will be charged in 30-minute increments. - If you exceed the reserved time, the host may request additional payment. - If there are other schedules booked outside of the reserved time, extensions may not be possible. [Damage Precautions] - Please be careful of damage to the floor and wall paint caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Please lift and move all props and furniture instead of dragging them. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Damage confirmation > Photo taking > Estimate confirmation, then compensation request will proceed. [Staff Personnel] - There is no limit on the number of people. - The basic number of people is 3. - An additional fee of 5,500 KRW per hour will be charged for each additional person. [Food and Drink Restrictions] - Cooking and eating are not allowed except for simple drinks and snacks. (Exempt for food photography; please inquire separately for food photography) [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Please tidy up after use. - Moving furniture that has not been agreed upon in advance is not allowed. If furniture movement is necessary, please inform us in advance and lift it to protect the floor and furniture. - Please refrain from excessive noise. - Drinking and smoking are not allowed. - It is mandatory to wear indoor shoes provided in the shoe cabinet upon entry. (Model shoes for shooting are excluded) [Additional Information] - Furniture, props, plants, etc. may vary depending on the situation, so please inquire in advance about any specific needs. - A changing area is provided near the entrance and is not movable. - CCTV is operational everywhere for personnel verification, loss and damage prevention, and safety. - If you use lights, heating and cooling systems (heaters & air conditioners), please turn them off upon exit.
