[Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: On-site confirmation > photo documentation > estimate confirmation, followed by a request for compensation. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Prohibition of Food and Drink] Strong-smelling food and alcohol are prohibited in the space. If unavoidable, please be sure to seek the host's understanding first. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original state before the end time.
