[ Kitchen Use Policy ] - Reservations for filming that use a faucet or gas must be made as kitchen use. - Reservations for microwave cooking, delivery food, etc. must be made as kitchen use. - Bringing in food ingredients requires a reservation for kitchen use. [ Facility Notes ] - White kitchen plumbing and water supply are complete. - The wood kitchen has water supply but plumbing is not connected; filming can proceed while it is empty. - 30 chairs under the loft, 3 Dura tables. - 3 refrigerators. - Can be replaced with blackout curtains upon request. [ Time Management ] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted filming time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [ Damage Precautions ] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and proceed with the compensation request. If absolutely necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host. [ Etiquette ] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor filming in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during filming must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the specified number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure as needed, you must restore it before the end time. - If furniture and props are not properly sorted for recycling and cleaned, a cleaning fee equivalent to 1 hour of rental will be charged.
