- The bathtub and faucet have currently been removed, but if needed, a bathtub can be borrowed free of charge from another studio (the round-trip delivery fee is the customer's responsibility). - If you bring a C-stand or metal box, you must bring padding and tennis balls, and you should lay them down outside the entrance before bringing them in. (If you lay the C-stand legs down, the lever will inevitably leave marks on the floor.) - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoring the location to its original state is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. - Please use the rooms on the left and right of the existing bathtub room when changing. [Damage Warning] Please be careful of damage to the floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Items to prepare: Please bring a simple mat or blanket and place it under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. (Repair costs will be charged.) - There are many expensive pieces of furniture. Moving furniture by dragging it can be fatal. Please lift it together and be careful of impacts. [Staff Count] If the designated staff count is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. (Including pets and children) [Food and Drink Prohibition] Consumption of food and drink is always prohibited except for simple bread items. After eating, you must dispose of the food waste yourself. (It is acceptable to tie it up in a food waste bag.) If you leave without disposal, a fee of 25,000 KRW will be charged for food separation, bagging, and disposal. [Prohibited Use & Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - You must clean up all trash generated during the shoot. - Parking is provided only for the number of vehicles indicated. (Separate guidance) - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original state before the end time. - Please do not stick tape on the walls or ceiling. If necessary, you must inform us in advance to use low-adhesive masking tape. If you stick it without discussion, you will be charged for restoration costs. - Slippers are for indoor use only, so please use them indoors only.
